By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 5q8 platform at 5q8.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform including visitors, registered members, and anyone who interacts with any service offered by 5q8.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 5q8. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is a breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 5q8 will treat any action performed through your account as authorised by you unless you have reported a security compromise to support prior to that action.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 5q8 support immediately via the contact details provided on the platform.

All deposits on the 5q8 platform are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. You may not deposit funds using a payment method that belongs to another person. 5q8 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used for any deposit.

Withdrawals of real money balances are available to verified account holders. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. This typically involves providing a copy of a government-issued identification document.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method linked to your account in your own name. 5q8 will not process withdrawals to payment methods belonging to third parties.

• Raast / Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution

If any active bonus balance is attached to your account, the wagering requirements for that bonus must be met before the relevant funds can be withdrawn. The cashier section of your account will show your current real money and bonus balance separately.

5q8 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. These checks are carried out to protect the account holder and the integrity of the platform.

General rules that apply to all 5q8 bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated by meeting wagering requirements become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time window. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of this window if requirements have not been met.
• 5q8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bets placed using exclusively bonus funds and subsequently refunded will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Any suspicion of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

All sports bets placed on 5q8 are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports — including cricket, PSL, football, tennis, and esports — may be found in the rules section of the sports betting area.

• A bet is final and binding once you have confirmed it via the bet slip and received a confirmation reference number.
• 5q8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault or data error. In such cases the stake is returned to the account.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the prevailing odds at the moment of bet confirmation. Latency between events and odds display means there can be a brief delay; bets are settled at the odds confirmed at acceptance, not at the point the user clicked.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant market has concluded, bets will be void and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and takes place within 48 hours.
• For cricket, including PSL and international fixtures, if a match is declared a no result due to weather or other interruption, match winner bets are void and stakes returned unless a result has been determined by the official governing body.
• Maximum win limits per event may apply. These limits are set by market and displayed in the bet slip.
• 5q8 reserves the right to limit stakes on specific markets or for specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

All casino and live casino games on the 5q8 platform use certified random number generators (RNG) for software-based games, and real physical equipment operated by human dealers for live casino titles. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are provided within each game's information section.

Casino game outcomes are final. No adjustment or revision to game results is possible after the completion of a game round, except in the case of a verified technical fault that prevented the game from completing correctly, in which case the affected round will be voided and the stake returned.

Live casino games are subject to the operating rules of the live dealer studio provider. In cases of technical disconnection during a live game, the platform will attempt to reconnect automatically. If the connection cannot be restored, any open game position will be handled in accordance with the live studio provider's standard disconnection policy.

Users must not use any software, tool, or technique that interferes with the normal operation of casino games. This includes auto-clickers, bots, or any mechanism that removes human decision-making from the gaming process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5q8 platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play casino games or place bets

• Engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple accounts to guarantee outcomes
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name
• Using the platform to process or launder funds from unlawful activity
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which a bet has been placed

5q8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected
• The account holder has been found to be under 18 years of age
• The account is believed to be used for fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Requested verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable time
• The account has been inactive for an extended period

You may request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 5q8 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. If you have a real money balance at the time of requesting closure, a final withdrawal to your verified payment method will be processed after any open bets or pending bonus requirements have been resolved.

If your account was closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. 5q8 will communicate the reason for closure and the decision regarding the balance via the email address registered to the account.

All content on the 5q8 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, and software — is the property of 5q8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 5q8 content without explicit written permission. Use of the 5q8 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in external communications without authorisation is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5q8 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own decision to use the platform, including gambling losses
• Interruption of service due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or circumstances outside 5q8's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers that delay or prevent the processing of deposits or withdrawals
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
